About The Lutheran Church of the Resurrection

We are a community united by our baptism into Christ Jesus. Shaped by the Good News of God's love for us in Christ, we joyfully gather each week to receive the Lord's Supper, to hear God's promises, to renew our faith, to seek news ways to live in faith, and to share ourselves and our blessings with others.

We are an intergenerational, caring community - a small town church in  a big city - where the sermons are thoughtful and challenging and the congregation becomes your family.

We value our Lutheran heritage and pray for the day when all Christians will be one. We invite you to be a part of our fellowship as we grow into the future.

Just as the outstretched "arms" of the cross symbolize Christ's loving embrace of all people, we also seek to welcome and embrace all who come to us.
